Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with www.apebarriers.co.uk, all of our products are manufactured to ISO9001 Standards and should be received in an entirely satisfactory condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Returns

All items must be returned within 10 working days of receipt and must be in an unused condition in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be present with any return. Please also provide a photo of any damage found on delivery by email.

Refunds

All returned items will be inspected for damages upon receipt. We will notify you after inspection to confirm that the products have been received by us in a satisfactory condition.

All approved refunds will be reimbursed via your original method of payment within 7 working days of refund approval.

Return Delivery Costs

All return delivery costs will be met by the buyer and are non-refundable.
